Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the complete installation of a fire detection system at its LPG Plant located in Korangi, Sindh. The project encompasses supply and installation of a comprehensive fire detection and alarm system including a 4-loop addressable fire detection and alarm control panel with LCD display, backup batteries, optical smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual pull stations, sounders with flashers, loop control modules, and an online uninterruptible power supply unit. The scope also includes supply of 1.5 square millimetre fire-resistant cable (380 metres) and uPVC conduit piping (320 metres) with hardware fittings, as well as complete installation, testing, commissioning and software programming on a turnkey basis. All equipment must carry UL Listed or FM Approved certifications. Reference number GF-19856YP with SAP number 6100017606 dated 28 July 2026.
Bidders must be registered vendors of PSO and capable of executing turnkey installation projects. The contractor must provide at least 12 months warranty on all work and materials. All government taxes are inclusive in quoted rates. Bidders are required to comply with PSO's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements throughout the contract period. Sales and Service Tax invoices must be submitted along with billing documentation. Payment shall be made upon complete satisfaction of the Plant Incharge or Plant Engineer based on actual quantity and measurement of work completed.
