This tender targets construction and MEP contractors for a specialized fire safety installation at a military aviation facility. The 49 million rupee project involves alarm and fighting systems in a demanding aerospace environment, requiring PEC registration at intermediate to senior level plus prior military or aviation project experience. Pre-qualification is mandatory, tightening the eligible bidder pool. The August 2026 closure and military location suggest this is a one-off capital project with moderately tight timeline. Bidders without MES enrollment face additional bonding cost.
