Armor Plating Procurement for Dozers and Excavators by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for the procurement of armor plating for dozers and excavators under tender IT No. 7514. The procurement is open to eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration. The delivery period is one month after signing of the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. This procurement is conducted under PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules.

Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable). Required documentation includes photocopy of registration or pre-qualification letters from HIT, DGP, MoDP or government organizations; attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last three financial years; attested bank statements for one year; attested CNIC of CEO or Director; trade link evidence with OEM for distributors or agents; and a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is neither blacklisted nor debarred by any government organization. A postal order of Rs 2000 must accompany the technical bid in favor of the Director, Supply Chain Management Directorate.

Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Sealed bids must be submitted on 19 August 2026 at 1030 hours at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Bids will be opened on the same date at 1100 hours. This is a single stage two-envelope bid process on an FOR (Free on Rail) basis.
