Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Procurement (Army), located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME on Main Adyala Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of 18x spares for Tank Al-Khalid on FOB/CPT basis. The tender reference number is 14-1680-FY26-27-00-CEME. Delivery is required within 12 months after signing of the contract. The procurement will be executed in accordance with PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Tender documents and detailed specifications are available from DGP (Army) upon production of required documentation. Last date for collection of tender documents is 06 October 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms possessing valid NTN certificates and must submit numerous compliance documents including DGDP registration certificate, Sales Tax Department registration, proof of godwon (warehouse), bank statements for the previous year, and a certificate confirming the firm is neither a defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organisation. Firms must also demonstrate adequate financial capability and relevant experience with government or semi-government organisations. A bid security of 5 percent of the quoted value, with a maximum of Rs. 1 Million, must be submitted through bank draft or pay order. An original challan form 32-A for Rs. 2,000 must be deposited into the government treasury.
Tender documents must be submitted by 07 October 2026, with opening scheduled for the same date. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the commercial offer. A performance bank guarantee of 10 percent of the store value is required within 30-45 days of contract signing.
