Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the refurbishment of 40×105 mm Gun Tk-59 & 69 systems. The procurement is conducted on a For Official Use (FOR) basis under PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. This is a specialized defence equipment refurbishment contract with delivery required within two months of contract signing. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, or suppliers possessing a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters from HIT, DGP, MoDP, or government organizations; attested sales tax and NTN certificates; audit reports for the last three financial years; attested bank statements for one year; attested CNIC of the CEO or Director; trade links with the Original Equipment Manufacturer if applying as a distributor or agent; a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred; and documentary evidence of contracts executed with government or semi-government organizations in the last three years. A postal order of Rs 2,000 in favour of the Director, Supply Chain Management Directorate, must accompany the technical bid.
