For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NAB is procuring miscellaneous items (goods nature unspecified) for FY 2026-27 via ePADS.
Scale appears small-to-medium given 'miscellaneous' categorization and government consumption pattern. Notable: tight 10-day bidding window, LCBS selection (price-driven competition), and ePADS mandatory registration requirement may delay first-time bidders. One-off procurement against annual allocation.
Who can bid: Must be registered on ePADS v2.0 platform. Typically, Pakistani vendors require valid NTN, SECP registration (if applicable entity type), and tax compliance. No explicit PEC category stated (non-construction goods). Federal-level procurement may require additional compliance certifications—check ePADS documents for specific registration tier requirements.
