Description / Scope of Work
Hi Tech Plastics, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited, invites sealed quotations for miscellaneous maintenance and assembly items as per detailed specifications provided in the tender schedule. The tender reference is T.E. NO. 34-LP-MAINT & ASB-WIL-HTP dated 02-07-2026, and procurement is required at Hi Tech Plastics facility in Wah Cantt, Punjab. This is a local purchase tender for general maintenance and assembly consumables and components required for ongoing operations.
Participating suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide sales tax invoices and professional tax clearance certificates. Bidders should furnish tangible evidence of previous related supplies to government or semi-government organisations such as POF, WIL, or similar entities. A bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of a pay order, bank draft, or cheque drawn from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must accompany the technical offer. An additional non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,500 is required. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract value before contract placement.
Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes using the single-stage two-envelope method: Part I (Technical Offer without Price) and Part II (Commercial Offer with Price). Sealed quotations must reach POF Bids Centre (Room No. 03, Box NO 13, Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt, Post Code 470-40) via air mail or courier before 1130 hours on 19-08-2026. Tender opening will occur at 1200 hours on 19-08-2026 at POF's Bid Centre. Hand-delivered bids must arrive 30 minutes before opening.
