Pakistan Navy seeks GST-registered printing firms for calendar and diary design/production—wall calendars, table calendars, and diaries with in-house capabilities.
Scale appears medium (government institutional order, likely recurring annually). Critical requirement: minimum 3 years documented experience with performance certificates mandatory. Tight submission window (closes August 2026) with same-day opening; incomplete bids auto-rejected per PPRA rules. Bidders must collect tender docs physically from Naval Complex Islamabad (9-11 AM weekdays). Pricing competition likely fierce given Navy's brand value; capability to deliver multi-product formats essential.
Who can bid: Must be GST-registered with 3+ years proven experience in calendar/diary designing and printing, evidenced by performance certificates from previous clients. PPRA rules apply. Typically, bidders also require valid NTN, SECP registration if corporate entity, and no outstanding tax/regulatory violations. Sole proprietors and registered firms both appear eligible if GST-compliant.
