Designing and Printing of Calendars and Diaries by Pakistan Navy

Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from experienced and reputed GST-registered firms, publishers, agencies and companies for the designing and printing of calendars and diaries. The scope of work encompasses the supply of wall calendars, table calendars and diaries with full in-house designing, printing and delivery capabilities. The tender is issued by the Directorate General Public Relations at Naval Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad, and is open to bidders with proven credentials in calendar and diary production.

Eligible bidders must be GST-registered and must provide proof of performance or experience certificates from previous organizations where they have executed similar designing and printing work for calendars and diaries, with a minimum of three years' documented experience in this field. All quotations must be complete in both technical and financial aspects; incomplete submissions will be rejected as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all applications.

Sealed quotations must be submitted by 11 AM on 17 August 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of the evaluation committee and firm representatives.
