UNDP Pakistan invites qualified firms to conduct an endline assessment of the RESTORE project across 46 target schools in Sindh province. The assignment encompasses a comprehensive evaluation of the project's impact on perceptions of safety and support within learning environments, measuring outcomes among students, teachers, school staff, and School Management Committee members. The scope includes reviewing detailed project documentation, designing and implementing a statistically robust survey methodology, collecting in-person data across all target schools, gathering school-level information on educational infrastructure and project interventions, and delivering high-quality data management and comparative analysis against baseline findings.
The successful firm will be responsible for developing appropriate sampling methodologies and survey instruments, recruiting and training qualified field teams, coordinating field activities with relevant stakeholders while maintaining safeguarding and quality assurance standards, and utilizing secure digital platforms for data collection. All work must adhere to established protocols for protecting participant confidentiality and ensuring data security throughout the assessment process.
