The Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division at Government Boys Degree College Matiari invites sealed bids for three school infrastructure projects in Sindh with a combined estimated cost of Rs 8.934 million. The works include construction and reconstruction of twelve existing primary and elementary schools at GGPS Mulan Sawani (remaining work, ADP 338 of 2026-27), upgradation of one high school to higher secondary level at GBHSS Bhanoth (compound wall, ADP 564 of 2026-27), and construction of a new building for Government Boys Higher Secondary School Saeed Khan Laghari (compound wall, ADP 583 of 2026-27). All projects are scheduled for twelve-month completion periods and are funded by Sindh Government.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in CE-10 category for the financial year 2025-26, with average annual financial turnover not less than Rs 2.934 million in the last five years. Electrical contractor license holders issued by the Electric Inspector License Renewal 2026 for Mirpurkhas Region must participate. Active Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board registrations with NTN certificates and CNIC copies are mandatory. Bidders must provide evidence of similar works executed in the last five years with minimum 80% of estimated cost for one work or minimum 50% for two works of similar nature.
Bidding documents are available on the ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk from the date of this notice until 19 August 2026 at 12:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes with NIT number and work details. Bids will be opened on 13 August 2026 at 12:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division. Bid validity is ninety days.
