The Executive Engineer Chotiari Reservoir (I) Division Sanghar invites electronic bids through SPPRA E-PADS from interested contractors and firms on a Rate Contract Basis for maintenance and repair, operation, maintenance, emergent work and contingent works related to Chotiari Dam in Sanghar, Sindh for the financial year 2026-27. This is a recurring rate contract procurement governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended up-to-date) and SPPRA Guidelines and Regulations. The tender reference is TC/G-55/CRDS/610 of 2026, dated 27 July 2026. The contract covers all necessary operational and maintenance activities for the dam infrastructure.

The non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted as Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer Chotiari Reservoir (I) Division Sanghar, attached with E-bid and uploaded to EPADS. First attempt bids close at 13 August 2026 at 12:00 P.M. with Bid Security (CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from Bank of Pakistan) attached; bids open at 12:30 P.M. same day through EPADS. If unresponded, second attempt closes 19 August 2026 at 12:00 P.M. with opening same day at 12:30 P.M.
