District Headquarters Hospital Matiari, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of repair of furniture and fixture for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers repair services for hospital-specific furniture including beds, lockers, trolleys and general office furniture such as desks, chairs and cabinets. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure conducted under Sindh Public Procurement Rules (SPPRA) 2010. Bidders must submit both technical and financial offers in one sealed envelope by the deadline of 21 August 2026 at 2:30 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 3:00 PM at the hospital office in Matiari.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers with active taxpayer status from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, and with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) where applicable. Bidders must possess experience in providing and repairing furniture to public health facilities. Bid security of 2.5% of the total bid value must accompany each submission in the form of a pay order or demand draft. A tender fee of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) is required to obtain bidding documents. Performance security of 5% of the contract value will be required from the selected bidder. Bid validity period is 90 days.
Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Matiari, upon payment of the tender fee, or can be downloaded from the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. All bid prices must be fixed for FY 2026-27 and inclusive of all taxes, transportation and assembly at the hospital.
