Purchase of medicines, medical supplies and consumables by Taluka Hospital Samaro

Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Samaro, District Umerkot, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the financial year 2026-2027. The hospital seeks procurement of 15% local purchase medicines and allied items, miscellaneous store items, dietary items for patient nutrition, life-saving medical supplies including oxygen gas, and specific and generic consumables on a delivered-duty-paid basis excluding GST. This is a recurring annual procurement following the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under SPPRA rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board as active taxpayers and must submit latest income tax certificates with NTN, valid GST registration certificates, detailed company profiles, audited financial statements and tax returns for the past three years, valid Chamber of Commerce certificates, Sindh Food Authority certification for dietary items, current professional tax certificates, proof of minimum three years' operational experience with documentary evidence, bank-certified turnover details for the last three years, authorized dealership or manufacturer certificates, and affidavits confirming no involvement in litigation or previous blacklisting. Earnest money security of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted as a pay order or demand draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Samaro prior to bid opening. Bid validity period is 90 days.

Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchased in person from the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Samaro during office hours by paying the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 per item.
