Road and Sewerage Works for Rabiul Awal by TMC Manghopir Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir, Karachi West invites sealed bids under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2020) for nine infrastructure projects worth approximately 27 million Pakistani rupees across multiple union councils in Manghopir West, Karachi. The procurement encompasses motorable roads constructed for the occasion of Rabiul Awal near various mosques in union councils 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, as well as laying and fixing sewerage lines on emergency basis at different locations in Surjani Zone and Manghopir Division. Additionally, precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers will be installed in both Manghopir Division and Surjani Zone. Individual estimated costs range from approximately 2.996 to 2.998 million rupees per work package.

Bidders must possess valid NTN certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue on the Active Tax Payer List, valid professional tax registration, Sindh Board of Revenue registration on ATL, and valid PEC registration with Category C6 or higher. Participants must demonstrate annual financial turnover equivalent to the estimated cost over the preceding five years, supported by income tax returns for the last three years and financial audit reports. Bid security of five percent of the estimated amount must be submitted from the company account, along with tender cost of 3,000 rupees payable through bank pay-order or demand draft in favour of Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir West.

Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA Sindh ePADS portal (http://portal.sindh.eprucurement.gov.pk) from 31 July 2026 to 17 August 2026 during office hours. Completed sealed bids must be submitted through the same portal by 2:00 PM on 17 August 2026. Tender opening will occur at 2:30 PM on the same date at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Manghopir West, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. All bidding documents must be signed with company stamps, and participants must provide fresh affidavits confirming no prior blacklisting or litigation with other procuring agencies.
