For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TMC Manghopir is bundling nine road and sewerage packages (~27M PKR total) across Karachi West, nominally tied to Rabiul Awal occasion but structured as distinct work packages (each ~3M PKR).
The scale suggests medium municipal contracts; sewerage and precast components indicate mixed civil scope. Tight closure (17 Aug 2026) with 2-week bidding window. Notable: emergency sewerage classification may signal priority execution; individual packages appear homogeneous, inviting syndication or selective bidding. Recurring municipal maintenance pattern.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active NTN (FBR), professional tax registration (Sindh), and PEC Category C6 or higher. Five-year turnover parity required with estimated cost; three-year tax returns and audits mandatory. SECP/CNIC registration not explicitly stated but typically required for company entity validation. Prior blacklisting disqualification applies.
