The Municipal Committee Kharian invites e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the execution of seven infrastructure projects under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027, 2nd Biannual 2026 District Gujrat. The projects comprise rehabilitation and construction of roads and drains, including Rehab of Road & Drain Quadeer Chowk to Bahoo Road (estimated cost PKR 29.82 million), Construction of Road & Drain Mohri Road to Taaj Colony (PKR 10.6 million), Rehab of Railway Road & Drain (PKR 8.9 million), Rehab of street near Hawali Kharian (PKR 4.46 million), Improvement of streets and drains Mohailah Mughal Colony (PKR 5.49 million), Improvement of streets and drains Mohailah Kabari Bazar (PKR 6.81 million), and Construction & Establishment of Administrator Block & Offices (PKR 15.76 million). The total project scope spans multiple locations within Kharian, Punjab, focusing on urban infrastructure enhancement and municipal facility development.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms or contractors registered with the E-Procurement System and relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax. Bidders must maintain valid PEC License in relevant category codes, valid income tax certificates, active status with FBR and PRA, and a fresh affidavit confirming no blacklisting in PPRA or current litigation. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost (ranging from PKR 223,147 to PKR 1,490,899 depending on project) must be deposited on a cash basis and proof uploaded before the submission deadline.

E-bids must be submitted by 29 September 2026 at 09:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 29 September 2026 at 11:30 AM on the same date. Performance guarantees equivalent to 5% of contract value (or 10% if lowest bid equals or falls below 5% of estimated cost) are required within 15 days of work award.
