SIOVS seeks long-term emergency supply partners for pharmaceutical and surgical items across two facilities. This is a recurring, high-frequency procurement requiring rapid fulfillment capability—the 24-hour emergency supply clause signals unpredictable order timing and critical importance to hospital operations. Bidders need substantial working capital, established distribution networks in Hyderabad, and proven track record with healthcare institutions. The extensive documentation requirements (DRAP registration, ISO, three years financials, audit reports, ATL status) indicate SIOVS prioritizes vendor stability and compliance maturity, not just price competition.
