Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Cantt, Supply Chain Management division invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of diverse stores across multiple categories. Two separate tender envelopes are being floated: the first for 32 items of ammunition and production paint required at POF facilities, with tender reference T.E No.0042-LP-CMC-56-PUR-E dated 17 June 2026; and the second for 28 items of building and structural materials under tender reference T.E No.0113-LP-CMC-56-PUR-F dated 7 May 2026. These procurements are critical for sustaining manufacturing and operational activities at POF's Wah Cantt complex in Punjab province.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or registered suppliers with valid registration from the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department to be eligible for participation. The invitation specifies that all bidding must be conducted by original manufacturers or their duly authorized dealers; resellers and non-registered entities are expressly excluded. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
POF seeks supplies across two tenders: 32 ammunition and production paint items plus 28 building material items. The split structure suggests dual supply chains for specialized ordnance inputs versus infrastructure materials. Bidders must hold valid tax registration and preferably manufacturing credentials; authorized dealerships acceptable but resellers excluded. Submission deadline is tight—just over two months from notice date. This appears to be ongoing operational procurement rather than a one-off project.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or registered suppliers holding valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Department registration. Resellers and unregistered entities are excluded. Typical POF suppliers typically hold PEC registration or equivalent for defense-sector work; this notice does not specify that requirement but likely assumes it.
