Annual Quotation Works for FY 2026-27 by Municipal Committee Khanpur

Municipal Committee Khanpur invites annual quotations through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the supply of goods and services during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers six categories of items: decoration items on rental basis (estimated cost PKR 3,00,000), tentage items on rental basis (PKR 4,00,000), publicity materials and skin fixing (PKR 2,00,000), machinery on rental basis (PKR 2,00,000), sports programme items (PKR 1,00,000), and general materials purchase (PKR 4,00,000). The total procurement value is approximately PKR 16,00,000. These contracts are intended to support the Municipal Committee Khanpur's operations and events in the Punjab province.

Bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, and Sales Tax registration. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Procurement Office at Rest House Road, Municipal Committee Khanpur, before the submission deadline.
