Framework Contract for Uniforms and Protective Clothing Procurement – Environment Protection Force Punjab

The Government of the Punjab is inviting sealed bids for a framework contract to procure uniforms and protective clothing for the establishment of an Environment Protection Force across 10 zones of Punjab. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) under the scheme titled Establishment of Environment Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab. The project encompasses the supply of customized uniforms designed to meet specific technical specifications including fabric quality, durability, fit standards, and protective properties as detailed in the bidding document. The framework contract will enable structured procurement of these uniforms across all designated zones within the province.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and capable of meeting stringent technical and quality requirements. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation establishing their eligibility, qualification, and the conformity of goods to specifications outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security deposit is mandatory as per the terms specified in the document. Bids must be submitted before the deadline through the designated e-procurement portal. The bid opening ceremony will be conducted by the Procuring Agency at a specified date and venue. Bidders passing mandatory technical criteria (scoring minimum 70 out of 100 marks) will proceed to financial evaluation.
