THQ Hospital Rojhan, a Government of Punjab healthcare facility, is inviting framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Six lots are being procured with a combined estimated budget of 7.0 million Pakistani rupees covering printing items (1.0 million), stationary items (1.0 million), IT equipment and repair and maintenance services (0.5 million), transportation of goods (1.0 million), annual service and maintenance of dialysis machines and accessories (1.5 million), and annual services and maintenance of dialysis RO plant and accessories (2.0 million). Eligible bidders must not be blacklisted by any Government department or the Punjab Procuring Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and must submit an undertaking to this effect. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are legally and financially autonomous and operate under commercial law. Bidders should not have been associated with consulting firms engaged by the procuring agency for preparation of design or specifications. Bid security at two percent of the estimated cost is required for each lot. All goods and related services must originate from eligible source countries as defined in the Bid Data Sheet.
Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtenders.aspx) before the closing deadline of 17 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload bids well before the deadline and not wait until the last moment, as submission responsibility lies entirely with the bidder.
