THQ Murree seeks pharmaceutical suppliers for an 8 million rupee framework contract spanning FY 2026-27, covering routine medicines, surgical items and disposables for a provincial tertiary hospital plus social welfare programmes. The framework structure allows flexible ordering within the contract period rather than fixed upfront volumes, typical of recurring hospital procurement. Drug license holders meeting formulary compliance are eligible. Bid security requirement of Rs 160,000 is moderate; the August 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time. This is recurring institutional procurement with predictable demand patterns.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold a valid drug sale license under the Drug Act 1976 or Punjab Drug Rules. SECP registration and NTN are typically required for pharmacy enterprises in Pakistan.
