Two separate works are advertised: restoration of a 1.50 kilometer road cut for laying of 6-inch diameter operational pipeline from Muhammad Ali Chowk to opposite PSO Pump in Jand Tehsil (estimated cost Rs 4.922 million); and restoration of a 3.40 kilometer road cut for laying optical fiber cable from PTCL Exchange to Takber Colony Chowk on Kamra road (estimated cost Rs 5.383 million). Both projects have a completion period of three months and are to be opened on 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Earnest money (bid security) of 5% of estimated cost must be submitted as a CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Attock and uploaded alongside bids; the original CDR must be presented half an hour before tender opening or the firm will be disqualified. Bidders must register on the Punjab PPRA portal and submit bids online half an hour before the opening date. Bid documents are obtained from the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx. Tender opening will be held at the Commissioner's office on 17-08-2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Item-wise rates must be quoted with total amounts and grand totals; percentage-based quotes will not be accepted. Submission of fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting. All contractor claims must be submitted electronically.

Two separate utility-related road restoration contracts in Attock district: 1.5km pipeline access road (Rs 4.92M) and 3.4km fiber optic cable route (Rs 5.38M).
Both 3-month execution timelines. Combined procurement value ~Rs 10.3M suggests medium-scale infrastructure work. Notable: strict CDR submission protocol (physical presentation half-hour pre-opening mandatory or automatic disqualification); e-tendering mandatory via Punjab PPRA portal; item-wise rate breakdown required (no percentage quotes allowed). One-off projects, not recurring.
Who can bid: Restricted to engineering firms and contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category/codes. Mandatory registration on Punjab PPRA portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). No provincial/sectoral restrictions stated. Typically, firms also require valid NTN, SECP registration (if applicable), and tax compliance documentation.
