Description / Scope of Work
President's Secretariat (Personal), Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad invites pre-qualification proposals from reputed firms and vendors located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for repair and maintenance services during the financial year 2026-27. The scope encompasses repair of all types of hardware including computers, printers and scanners; repair and maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops and IT servers; and repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment including photocopiers and fax machines. This is a recurring service requirement for a federal government institution located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Eligible firms and vendors must hold current General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number (NTN), a valid Vendor Number, and an Active Tax Payer Certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue. Applicants must maintain their own complete operational setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi capable of providing services in one or more of the specified categories. Bidders are required to provide a client list with at least five work orders from different government departments demonstrating prior experience. All spare parts installed must be genuine, and vendors must offer warranty on repaired or replaced items, with free replacement if defects recur during the warranty period.
Pre-qualification documents and guidelines are available from the Dak Window of President's Secretariat (Personal) on a 24/7 basis and are also posted on the PPRA website and ePADS portal. Sealed proposals must be submitted at the Dak Window before 1200 hours on the closing date as published on PPRA EPMS; bids will be opened at 1230 hours on the same date. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
