Supply of Color Photocopier by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of one color photocopier. The tender is issued under reference LET/036/26 with a closing date of 17 August 2026 at 1430 hours and public opening of bids at 1500 hours. The procurement is to be conducted through the EPADS Version 2.0 e-bidding platform. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or bid bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening.
