For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
X-ray tube procurement for digital radiography represents specialized medical equipment acquisition by a defence production entity. The modest document fee (Rs. 3,000) and mandatory non-disclosure agreement signal restricted competitive bidding, likely limiting the field to pre-qualified suppliers. The August 2026 deadline allows reasonable preparation time. Tender explicitly emphasizes past performance evaluation, suggesting preference for established vendors with demonstrable experience in similar supplies to PAC or comparable organizations.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with NTN and obtain treasury challan from State Bank/NBP. Firms require valid ATL and STRN documentation. Tenderers must execute a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper. Typically, suppliers of medical/technical equipment to government entities require relevant certifications and clean audit trails. Only firms officially issued documents by PAC Directorate are eligible.
