The National Highway Authority invites e-bids for the construction of a parking shed at its maintenance office in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The project is valued at Rs 13,572,009 and will be executed under contract reference LE-PN-24-05-01. This single-stage two-envelope procurement is open to constructors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding a C-5 category or above (CE-01 and CE-10 classifications) for the year 2026, and who maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. The work involves structural construction of a parking facility to support operational needs at the NHA maintenance facility in Rawalpindi.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026. A bid security of 2 percent of the engineer's estimate must be provided in the form of a postal order or crossed demand draft payable to "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit)". Bidders offering unsubstantiated or incorrect information face disqualification and potential legal action. Default firms are ineligible. All firms are strongly advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk before submission, as manual hard-copy bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements.
