Heavy Mechanical Complex, a government enterprise under the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of industrial materials including chequered steel plates (A36 grade), additional quantities of chequered plates, and seamless steel pipes (A106 Grade B material). Quantities may be increased, decreased, or deleted after tender opening if deemed necessary by the purchaser.
