For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two separate industrial supply tenders: one for 35-line MIG welding accessories (IT-6008) and one for 56 items of drill taps and reamers (IT-6004). Both issued by HIT Taxila on FOR basis. Bidders must prepare independent technical and commercial proposals for each. The tight closing window (approximately 4 weeks from July notice) and requirement for separate envelopes per tender suggest parallel procurement cycles. Both contracts appear to support ongoing defence manufacturing operations rather than one-off buys.
Who can bid: Bidders typically require valid NTN registration, SECP incorporation (for companies), and relevant industry experience. For supply of defence-related welding and precision tooling items, vendors may need security clearance or vendor registration with HIT. The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or specific certifications, but ISO certifications for quality and manufacturing are typically expected for such supplies.
