Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Director Education, District Hunza, invites single-stage sealed envelope tenders for the repair of transport vehicles under scheme FY-2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,200,000, with a tender value of Rs. 4,000 as per the Finance Act 2026. The project is located in Hunza district, Gilgit-Baltistan, and involves maintenance and repair services for official transport. Tender documents will be opened on 17 August 2026 at 10:30 am, with closure of bidding at 10:00 am on the same date. Bidders must be registered firms, dealers, suppliers or contractors with valid credentials. A bid security of Rs. 24,000 (2% of bid value) must be submitted in the form of a call deposit issued by a scheduled bank or KCBL GB in favor of the Deputy Director Education Hunza. Incomplete bids will be rejected outright. The bidder will be selected on the basis of rates offered along with relevant experience and field performance credentials. All companies and firms must submit affidavits confirming they have not been blacklisted on legal grounds. Bid prices must reflect realistic market rates, neither unreasonably high nor unreasonably low.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Education Hunza on or before 2 August 2026 for Rs. 4,000. Sealed tenders must be submitted at the notified procurement committee location by the closing date and time.
