For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ETI-GB is procuring consumables across four categories—vehicle spares/lubricants, office supplies, HP printer toners, and stationery—with specific quantities and specifications detailed in full tender documents. This is a routine consumable replenishment likely recurring annually or as-needed for project operations. The August 2026 deadline suggests forward procurement planning. Scale appears medium based on multi-category scope across three regional offices. Bidders must hold valid distributor/dealer authorization and secure 3% bid security upfront. Abnormally low bids face summary rejection, indicating quality assurance focus.
Who can bid: Bidders must be authorized distributors, dealers, suppliers, or manufacturers. Registration and tax compliance (NTN) are typically required for government procurement in Pakistan. Bidders should hold valid import licenses where applicable (especially for HP toner). No specific PEC category applies; supplier registration with relevant trade bodies is typically expected. The notice restricts participation to 'authorized' entities.
