Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Samundri invites sealed bids through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System for the arrangements and organization of Eid Milad Un Nabi 2026 celebrations. The estimated project cost is Rs. 18,96,350 and the work is to be executed during the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement covers event management, decoration, logistics and related services for the celebration of the Prophet's birthday in Samundri, Punjab. The project requires comprehensive event organization capabilities and coordination with municipal authorities to deliver a successful community celebration.
Eligibility is restricted to Engineering Firms and Contractors duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes, holding valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27. All bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. The bid security requirement is set at 5 percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs. 94,820, to be submitted in the form of a CDR (Callable Deposit Receipt). Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected and all quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable Government taxes.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 11:00 AM on 15-08-2026 and shall be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Municipal Committee Samundri office in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid documents are available at the PPRA e-Procurement portal and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-Procurement. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Security as per Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 before Work Order issuance and shall be responsible for all required quality control tests at own expense.
