Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Narowal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of miscellaneous items and arrangements for the celebration of Independence Day on 14th August 2026. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 50,000 with a bid security of Rs 2,50,000 or 5 percent of the estimated cost. All bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System website at no cost from the date of publication of this tender notice.
Contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and all relevant tax departments including FBR, PRA, and FBR wherever applicable. Bidders must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. The bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is to be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee (IBFT) on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids found corrupt, unfair, containing viruses, or unreliable records shall be rejected as per Regulation 44 of PPRA Regulations 2024.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Narowal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Municipal Committee Narowal reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance.
