Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Multan invites electronic bids for comprehensive arrangements of Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAW) Celebrations 2026 under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement encompasses seven items with a total estimated cost of Rs 2,998,600 including Mehfil-e-Milad arrangements for 200 persons with catering, tentage, refreshment and decoration; digital illumination of government buildings including MC Building Mumtazabad, Gulshan Market, Commissioner Office and other key locations with green-themed lighting for three days; distribution of sweets to various hospitals, jails, orphanages and old age homes; distribution of gifts among children at similar institutions; supply and fixing of Panaflex displays and steamers with various frame configurations for 12 Rabi Ul Awal celebrations across Multan.
Bidders must be registered with tax authorities as firms, sole proprietors or companies. Bid security at 5% of total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Multan. All bids shall be submitted through EPADS portal with original hard copy bid security submitted before the e-bid closing deadline. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Successful bidders must deposit performance guarantee at 5% of contract amount before supply order issuance. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes.

E-bids must be submitted by 13-08-2025 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 PM at Committee Room, MC Office Mumtazabad, Multan.
