Framework contract for year-long event logistics supply to district administration covering 27 line items (tents, generators, sound, furniture, lighting, printing, portable facilities).
Medium-scale recurring procurement with monthly/seasonal demand patterns typical of local government event cycles. Rates locked for full FY 2026–27 create stable margin environment but require accurate cost forecasting. Tight submission deadline (August 2026) demands immediate portal registration and document preparation. Geographic constraint to Nankana Sahib limits logistics complexity but may favor local/divisional suppliers with established stock positions.
Who can bid: Must be FBR-registered with active tax profile; PEC registration not mentioned but likely required for construction-related items. Preference stated for authorized dealers, distributors, wholesalers or stockists with district/divisional supply networks. Typically, SECP registration (for companies) or NTN (all entities) plus relevant authority licenses needed. Single-stage two-envelope submission via Punjab E-Procurement System portal mandatory—manual bids rejected.
