Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Mailsi, operating under the Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers thirteen lots of essential food supplies including wheat products, pulses, rice, sugar, cooking oil, spices, bakery items, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef/veal, fresh milk, and vegetables and fruits. The total estimated tender value is approximately Rs. 84.1 million, with individual lot values ranging from Rs. 1.7 million to Rs. 13.6 million. The primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students, with quality, food safety, reliability and continuity of supply taking precedence over price considerations. Delivery and storage will take place at both the Boys and Girls school store-rooms in Mailsi, District Vehari.
Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as required under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of CDR, DD or PO with the technical proposal. The participation in the bid process through the e-Procurement Punjab Portal is compulsory for all interested bidders. Single Stage two envelope procedure will be followed, with technical and financial bids to be submitted online.

The last date for bid submission is 20th August 2026 at 10:00 AM on Thursday, with technical bids opening on the same day at 10:30 AM through the e-Procurement Punjab portal.
