Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Teaching Hospital, Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for four separate procurement tenders in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tender FY-2026-29 comprises outsourcing of Hospital Mess operations, outsourcing of Photocopying & Printing Shop Services, procurement of Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry (BERA) equipment, and procurement of an Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator. All tenders are open to eligible bidders registered with FBR for income tax and sales tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, and registered on EPADS. Bidders must be registered with FBR and EPADS. Bid security is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Special Deposit Receipt (SDR) only; Pay orders are not acceptable. The Hospital Mess and Photocopying & Printing tenders require bid security of PKR 500,000 each, while BERA equipment requires PKR 200,000 and Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator requires PKR 500,000. All bids must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 in favor of KTH Fund Account at Bank of Khyber. Bidders are required to be registered with KPRA under KPPRA rules where mandatory.
Bid documents should be obtained from the hospital website or EPADS portal. For Hospital Mess and Photocopying tenders, submissions are due 5th October 2026 at 10:00 am on EPADS with opening at 10:30 am same day; pre-bid meetings are scheduled 23rd September 2026 at 11:00 am. For BERA and Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator tenders, submissions are due 7th October 2026 at 10:00 am on EPADS with opening at 10:30 am same day; pre-bid meetings are scheduled 22nd September 2026 at 11:00 am and 11:30 am respectively. All meetings are held at the office of the Manager Supply Chain Department. Bid documents, tender fee and original CDR must be submitted to the Dairy & Dispatch Section MTI-KTH before tender closing.
