Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of swing ladders for use at the Keamari Terminal checking bay operations. This Request for Quotation (RFQ No. OP-20019MS, SAP No. 6100018205) seeks procurement of 35 units of swing ladders fabricated from structural materials according to attached specifications, part lists and technical drawings. The ladders are intended for deployment at various PSO operations locations within Karachi, Sindh province. Quotations must be submitted by 01 October 2026. Quoted rates must be all-inclusive of materials, labour, fabrication, transportation, loading and unloading, applicable taxes and all incidental costs. Complete job delivery is required within 90 days from purchase order issuance. Delayed completion will incur liquidated damages of 0.1% of contract value per day, capped at 10% total. A sample ladder is available at PSO ZOT for visual reference. Payment will be made against verified and certified completed work, with part payments permitted.
