For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IBA seeks 2,500 parking tokens in book format (100 leaves per book) with specific dimensions and single-colour printing on newspaper stock. This appears to be routine consumables procurement with tight submission deadline (3 days from issue). The job is relatively low-complexity printing/perforation work suitable for local printing vendors. No advance payment guarantee mentioned; payment follows delivery. Penalties for delay (2% per month) are substantial, favouring reliable suppliers with adequate production capacity.
Who can bid: Typically, printing and packaging suppliers must hold valid NTN registration with FBR and be registered with SECP if a corporate entity. No specific technical certifications mentioned in this notice. Bidders should verify they can meet the 45 gsm newspaper specification and two-side perforation requirement on schedule.
