Description / Scope of Work
The Mines & Minerals Department, Government of Punjab invites electronic bids for a framework contract for printing and publication services. The estimated contract value is PKR 2,163,950. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 19.08.2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM after verification of bid security status. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount prior to contract execution. Bid validity is 90 days from submission.
