For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA seeks a single 1.2m auto-tracking SATCOM antenna system for HQ operations—specialized telecom equipment requiring vendor capability in satellite communications infrastructure.
This is a one-off procurement for FY 2026-27, not recurring. Scale appears medium; the single-unit purchase and specific technical requirement (auto-tracking COTP) suggest a niche capability need rather than mass supply. Two-envelope, least-cost selection implies price competition among qualified vendors. Relatively long lead time (18+ months) provides planning clarity but requires early ePADS registration.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0; no specific PEC category or SECP/NTN threshold stated in summary. Typically, federal telecom equipment suppliers require active NTN registration, likely vendor registration with relevant authority (e.g., PTA or approved telecom vendor status). Check full bidding documents for mandatory certifications or technical qualification prerequisites.
