Description / Scope of Work
Azad Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission invites sealed bids under single stage-one envelope procedure for the supply of stationery items, toners and computer consumable items for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is open to authorized distributors, general order suppliers and General Sales Tax registered firms located in Muzaffarabad city. Tenderers should note that quoted rates shall remain valid up to June 30, 2027 without revision, and all supplied items must strictly conform to specifications and relevant samples provided at tender submission. Payment will be made through cross cheque after deduction of applicable taxes in force in AJK.
Bidders must be General Sales Tax registered and authorized distributors or general order suppliers. A Bid Security of Rs. 90,000 in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of DDO AJKPSC Account # 1840-1 at National Bank Main Branch, Muzaffarabad, must accompany each bid; bids without security shall be rejected on the spot. All bidders must furnish an affidavit or certificate confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with the Government anywhere in AJK territory. Successful bidders' call deposits will be retained as security till June 30, 2027.
The list of stationery items can be obtained from the Admin and Accounts Section of AJKPSC during office hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) up to August 17, 2026. Sealed bids must reach the office of the Director (Admin) AJK PSC, Muzaffarabad near New Prime Minister House, on or before August 18, 2026 up to 11:00 am. Bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 hrs by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The evaluation report and award of contract shall be displayed at the AJK PPRA website.
