Tender For Different items and Services

The Capital City Police Officer Lahore Police Department, through the DIG Security Division, invites electronic bids on a lot basis for the procurement of goods under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers 23 separate lots spanning hot and cold weather items, printing, office and computer stationery, sports items, tents and tarpal, road safety equipment, uniforms and protective clothing, furniture purchase and repair, road blockers and under vehicle scanning systems, transport articles, miscellaneous items, fiber cabins and steel cabins, machinery including air conditioning units and smart UAV control systems, X-ray baggage machines and walk-through gates, fire extinguishers, CCTV systems with installation, lubricants, and vehicle fabrication services. The procurement is based in Lahore and is intended to support the operational and administrative needs of the Security Division.

Bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers or joint ventures engaged in trading and duly registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Each bidder must submit separate electronic bids against each lot, as contracts will be awarded separately for individual lots. Bid security is required at three percent of the estimated price for each lot, ranging from Pakistani Rupees 15,000 to 1,500,000, and must be submitted in the form of a certified deposit receipt, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order made out to DIG Security Division Lahore.

Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 18 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Office of DIG Security Division, 14 Shahrah Aiwan-e-Sanat-o-Tijarat, Lahore. The bid opening will occur immediately thereafter at 10:30 AM on the same date. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bidding documents are available for download from the website of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All supporting and requisite documents must be uploaded alongside the tender submission on the e-Procurement portal.
