The District Police Officer, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-procurement bids for eight framework contracts covering miscellaneous procurement requirements for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30 June 2027). The procurement comprises stationery and computer stationery items (9.0 million rupees), repair and renovation of police buildings (7.0 million rupees), repair of police vehicles including tyres, tubes, batteries and spare parts (12.0 million rupees), lubricants and Mobil oil (7.0 million rupees), miscellaneous store items including electronic, electrical, sanitary and cleaning articles (19.0 million rupees), repair of machinery and office furniture (3.8 million rupees), plant and machinery items (7.0 million rupees), and furniture and fixture items (3.0 million rupees). The total estimated cost across all contracts is approximately 67.8 million rupees, to be sourced on FOR basis in Punjab province.

Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound registered firms with previous experience in their respective categories, and must possess current registration with the Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must not be blacklisted by District Police Mandi Bahauddin or PPRA. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated price for each store must be furnished in the form of CDR, demand draft or banker's cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, and successful bidders will deposit 5 percent of the total cost as performance guarantee. All rates must include GST/PST and remain fixed until 30 June 2027.

Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at www.PPRA.punjab.gov.pk and the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system. Interested bidders must upload bids electronically at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 22 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via e-procurement software in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms.
