Three separate lab and farm equipment packages under development projects: climate change sciences equipment, poultry science equipment, and plant protection lab supplies and chemicals. Bid security is modest (4 percent) but submission requires formal CDR deposits and separate affidavit envelopes—administrative burden is moderate. NTN and tax registration mandatory. Procurement is one-off project-funded activity, not recurring. Timeline is tight with same-day submission and opening. Best suited to suppliers with prior university supply or agricultural equipment experience.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN registration with KPPRA and current Sales Tax compliance. Typically, suppliers of laboratory equipment and agricultural implements should have relevant experience and technical capacity. No specific PEC category applies; commercial vendors meeting tax and regulatory requirements are eligible.
