For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two framework contracts for pharmaceutical and medical device supply to a government hospital—13.9 million and 2.2 million rupees respectively. These are recurring day-to-day supply agreements for 2026–27, not one-time purchases. The hospital will likely place multiple small orders rather than bulk upfront procurement. Bidders need pharmaceutical/medical device distribution licenses, NTN registration, and 2% bid security. The tight 30-day tender window and August 2026 opening suggest formal procurement process compliance. Competition may be active given hospital scale and recurring nature.
Who can bid: Typically, suppliers of medicines and medical devices must hold valid business registration (SECP or provincial authority), NTN, and relevant pharmaceutical/medical device import or wholesale licenses from appropriate regulatory bodies. Government-owned suppliers must be autonomous and commercial. Bidders must not be blacklisted by GHAQ DHQ Hospital or PPRA and must declare no conflict of interest.
