Heavy Industries Taxila seeks tools and store items for MTI with one-month delivery post-contract signature. This appears to be a routine operational procurement for a defence manufacturing facility rather than a major capex project. Bidders must have prior government contract experience and three years of audited financials. The Rs 2000 bid fee and requirement for judicial certification of non-blacklisting suggest a competitive, formal procurement process. Registration with NTN and sales tax authorities is mandatory; distributors must demonstrate OEM authorization.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration. Three years of audited financial statements and government contract experience in the preceding three financial years are required. A non-blacklisting certificate on judicial paper is mandatory. Distributors and agents must provide proof of trade links with OEM. Typically, bidders in this category also require SECP incorporation for formal trading entities.
