Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Supply Chain Management, based in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and registered suppliers for the procurement of 9 items of standard cutting tools. The tender is issued under reference number 0014/FP/MGF/57 dated 01-09-2026. Bidding documents containing detailed item-wise specifications, technical requirements and comprehensive terms and conditions are available for download from the POF e-bidding portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk at no cost. Interested bidders may also obtain documents directly from the office of the Director, Supply Chain Management in Wah Cantt.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. Only original manufacturers, authorized dealers or approved suppliers meeting these registration requirements are eligible to participate. Bidders should carefully review all specifications and compliance requirements outlined in the bidding documents before submission.
Completed bids must be submitted online through the POF e-bidding portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) on or before 07-10-2026 at 1030 hours. Tender opening will take place at 1100 hours on the same date.
