Construction of Boundary Wall for Vice Chancellor House at Aror University

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur is inviting online bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) for the construction of a boundary wall at the Vice Chancellor House. The project is valued at 4.939 million Pakistani Rupees with an estimated completion period of three months. The work is located at the university campus in Sukkur, Sindh Province. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement for an experienced and technically proficient construction firm to undertake the boundary wall construction as per specifications and design standards.

Bidders must comply with all eligibility and qualification criteria detailed in the bidding documents. A bid security of Rs. 150,000 and a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000 are required. Technical bids must be accompanied by the bid security and tender fee; bids lacking these or submitted without proper signatures and stamps will be rejected. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADs portal only; manual submissions are not accepted.

Bidding documents can be obtained through the EPADs portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ or from the Aror University Sukkur website at www.aror.edu.pk. Bids must be submitted by 2:30 PM on August 19, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM at Aror University.
