Kitchen Renovation Works by Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority

The Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the renovation of kitchen facilities. This is a civil works procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27, with funds reserved under the PNRA budget. The project is identified as reference P72895 and will be procured through single-stage, one-envelope bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope of work includes complete kitchen renovation with detailed specifications and market rates provided in the bidding documents. The location of the work is at PNRA headquarters, Mave Area, G-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory, Federal Province.

Eligibility is open to bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must submit proof of registration and eligibility credentials through the digital portal. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Standard performance guarantees and integrity pacts are required as part of the contractual framework.
