WASA Muzaffargarh is tendering four distinct water and sanitation civil works packages totalling approximately 48.9 million rupees. The procurement spans pipeline installation, boundary wall construction, and two phases of sewerage and drainage infrastructure development across north and south zones. Bidders should note that earnest money at five percent is mandatory and original CDR submission must occur on the same day as bid opening, creating a tight compliance window. Registration with PEC and Punjab EPAD System is mandatory; this appears to be a bundled multi-package tender where each scope can be bid separately.
